Quality
SVK facade panels conform to the requirements of European standard EN 12467:2004 ‘Fibre-cement flat sheets – Product specification and test methods. There is a CE label with the relevant quality criteria on every package. Facade panels carry the European technical certificate ETA 14/0284 (European Technical assessment).
Fire safety
Safety is one of the main priorities at SVK. The panels belong to fire reaction class A2-s1, d0 in accordance with European standard EN 13501-1 “Fire classification of materials, construction products and building elements”. Specifically, this means that our facade panels can only make a limited contribution to fires, and they are tested under the strictest conditions. In the event of fire, there is only limited smoke development and no burning particles can fall from our plates. When designing a fire-resistant wall or ceiling, the complete construction of the element must be taken into account, paying attention to the fire safety of the other materials used, including insulation, the mounting system and the interconnections between the materials.
The Puro Plus facade panel is a fibre cement facade panel in the natural fibre cement colour. The Puro Plus has been lightly sanded. The air-dried Puro Plus fibre cement facade panels are therefore not given a coating, which means that the pure fibre cement material is visible. Due this natural effect, changing weather contitions create a typical natural play of shades of grey in the panel. Thanks to the special sanding, the panel acquires a cloudy structure, for an even livelier look. Ideal for a facade with verve.

Natural look
Puro Plus air-dried facade panels are lightly sanded (no coating). They exude the purity of smooth concrete but vary according to changing weather conditions.
Purely ecological
Puro Plus facade panels are exclusively composed of natural raw materials and are therefore 100% ecological. In addition, the air-hardened drying process is environmentally friendly, as is the finish. Indeed, the panel on view is only lightly sanded.
Optimal quality
SVK lets the Puro Plus facade panels, made only from the finest raw materials, harden naturally in drying rooms. This gradual drying process helps to create a particularly strong and stable panel.
CALIBRATED AND PACKED
The panels are always calibrated, which ensures a perfectly smooth surface. After that, each panel is covered with protective film. when an invisible fastening system is used, the film is removed immediatelyafter installation. This ensures that no glue residues remain on the visible side of the panel. When attached with screws or rivets, the film is removed before the installation.
The Decoboard Classic facade panels has a matte appearance and an extremely smooth finish on the visible side. The edges are not coated in the same colour. The visible side is finished with acrylic paint, the rear side wihth a water-based coating.
As a standard, our range includes neutral colours. These are white, few shades of grey and and black. In addition, from 50m2 onwards you can order nearly any RAL and NCS colour.

The core consists of fibre cement, finished with UV-resistant two-component polyurethane paint with a matte appearance. The panel edges are squared and coloured with the same coating as the visible side. That way, your facade always looks uniform, regardless from which angle. Furthermore, the coating prevents the absorption of moisture and dirt at the edges.

You only pay for what you need, SVK always saws the panels to size for you. The facade panels are cut according to the dimensions provided: sloping, curved, with or without pre-drilled holes. The panels and edges are coloured at the same time so that a ready-made product leaves the factory. This product is given a water-based and UV-resistant Polyurethane coating with coloured edges. This allows optimal durability and a uniform appearance to be guaranteed.

The sanded panels are waterproofed. This provides them with a water repellent, transparent, matte protective layer. The waterproofing protects the panels against water and dirt, with the result that they are low maintenance. Thanks to this protective layer, the ageing process occurs naturally.
The Colormat Scripto facade panel is a body-tinted facade panel with a deep sanded surface on the visible side. This creates a sleek lined effect on the surface of the panel. Depending on the direction of installation, you can create a vertical or horizontal line pattern. These patterns can also be combined to achieve a facade with more depth and character.
